All service timelines and supply quantities are finalized upon the signing of a Purchase Order (PO). Any deviations must be documented in writing and approved by authorized personnel.
Products supplied by B.T. Patel Enterprise meet ISO and national safety standards. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use beyond specified technical limits.
We maintain strict quality control. Please note our industry-standard return procedures.
Shortages or damages must be reported on the Lorry Receipt (LR) at the time of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours of offloading will not be entertained.
Standard items returned in original condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-sourced machinery or fabricated parts are non-returnable.
